Ask Congress to stop buying bottled water

No wonder Congress isn’t concerned with improving municipal water quality:  they drink bottled water.

According to Food and Water Watch, Congress spent $190,000 on bottled water in the first quarter of 2010. Rather than waste public dollars on a privatized resource, our members of Congress should support investment in the nation’s drinking water infrastructure so that we all have access to safe, clean, affordable tap water. Ask your representative to support fiscal responsibility and stop using taxpayer month to purchase bottled water.
